Minimum age 17+ (younger guests with confirmation). Tours available in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Scooter self-ride permitted with valid SIM C and experience.

We operate year-round except during Idul Fitri. All transport options include fuel, tolls, and parking. Concierge support stands by 24/7 during your journey.

Can I reschedule my tour?

Yes. You can reschedule up to one day before departure—free once per booking, subject to slot availability.

What is your refund policy?

Cancel up to H-1 (one day before departure) and receive 80% of your payment back.

Do you provide hotel pickup?

Complimentary pickup is available within Bandung city limits. A surcharge applies outside the area.

Are tours bilingual?

Absolutely. Our hosts operate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Can I ride the scooter myself?

Yes, as long as you hold a valid SIM C license and have prior riding experience.

What is the minimum age to join?

Guests aged 17+ can join independently. Younger travelers are welcome with prior confirmation.

Are there days when tours are unavailable?

We only pause operations during Idul Fitri festivities; all other dates remain available.
